A Southern Thyme Catering Co. is owned and operated by Lottie Arnold, Jaime Crisp and Jane Bace.

Lottie Arnold, a professionally trained chef and honor graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York, has more than 10 years of specialized catering experience in the Wilmington area.

Jaime Crisp is an honor graduate of the Cape Fear Community College Culinary Program and is the host of local cooking show, "Cooking on the Cape."

Jane Bace comes to the company with more than 30 years of extensive food experience, from running her own N.Y. Times-recognized, four-star restaurant in Hoboken, NJ, to cooking for Bruce Springsteen and his family for seven years.
